The Doll Cottage
takes your privacy and security concerns very seriously.
This is why our order form uses the highest level (128
bit) security encryption to keep all of your personal
information from being seen by anyone but us. There are
several ways to recognize a page as secure. First, you will
see the hyperlink url shown as https:// and not http://. If
you are using Internet Explorer you will also see a graphic
on the bottom of your browser (in the status bar) of a
closed lock. In Netscape Navigator, you will see a graphic
representation of a key. Clicking on either of these
graphics will give you the security information for the
page. Both browsers also give you other ways to check the
page information which will verify your secure connection.
Privacy
You should also note that at no time will we sell (or give
away) your name, address, e-mail or any other personal
information to any other company or organization for
solicitation or any other purpose. We do not send
unsolicited materials ourselves and will not allow anyone
else to gain access to the information that you provide to
us.
Technology
Our ordering process uses cookies and Javascript to track
your selections and process your order. You must have both
of these enabled on your browser to use our order form.
Cookies are harmless pieces of text data temporarily stored
on your computer solely to track your selections until you
are ready to place your order. Once you complete your order
(or decide to cancel) the cookie is removed. Javascript is a
protected scripting language that is incapable of
manipulating anything on your computer except the cookies
that we place. It cannot read your hard drive or in any
other way hurt your computer. If you are uncomfortable with
these technologies please contact our webmaster or feel free
to order by phone, fax or mail.

Policies
Cash purchases may be made by
travelers check or money orders. Sorry no personal checks
will be accepted. Charges are accepted by Mastercard, Visa,
American Express and Discover cards. Please be sure to
include your mailing address as well as your shipping
address. Also please include a telephone number when placing
your order. Pennsylvania residents must include 6% sales
tax. Special orders and layaway purchases are always
welcome. All sales are final. Prices are subject to
change.
Shipping
Information
Prices quoted do not include shipping and handling
charges. Orders are shipped via United Parcel when ever
possible. These charges as well as shipping charges for
overseas and Canada will be quoted upon request.
